Pastor BJ, “The Lady Leader”, is a General in the Kingdom and a gift to the Body of Christ. Nearly 30 years of ministry has prepared and purposed her assignment in the Kingdom; she is sold out and lives a submitted life unto the Lord.

The powerful anointing upon her life leads sinners to Christ, while delivering healing, hope and a yoke-destroying Word to set the captives free.

She, along with her husband is the Sr. Pastor and Co-Founder of Vision of Life Ministries, Co-Founder of Vision Alliance Ministerial Institute, Founder and visionary of Women of Power, and Executive Director of the WOP Network.  With over a decade in media Pastor BJ reaches an international audience by hosting Walking in Power Blog Talk Radio, as well as being the Executive Editor and founder of The Acts of Women of Power Magazine.

Her philanthropy, partnerships and volunteerism earned her the President’s Volunteer Lifetime Achievement Award of President Barak Obama.  Pastor BJ also has partnered with the National Inner City Gun Control, which brings awareness to the loss of life within our communities nationally.

As a Best-Selling Author and Keynote Messenger, Pastor BJ operates under the apostolic five-fold anointing upon her life to bless an international audience. She also writes a monthly blog: The Lady Is a Leader, and is a Luminary on the Inspire Me Today Network. The evangelistic ministry of “The Lady Leader”, allows her the liberty to travel extensively and serve humbly and effectively.

Her ministry continues to be featured in several magazines, she is also a staple contributor for WOW! Magazine.  Pastor BJ also presents a quarterly segment on WATC TV 57 Atlanta Live along with Dr. Sarah Hurd and Prophetess Nancy Reese-Sisters With Class.

Licensed under St. Luke’s Ministries-Pastors Arthur & Clarise Johnson. Ordained under the leadership of PHIPA (Potter’s House International Pastoral Alliance), led by Bishop T.D. Jakes, Pastor BJ she matriculated and holds a Doctorate in Theology; however after giving her life to the Lord, she holds most dearly being a wife to her high school sweetheart, Rev. Marion Relefourd, for more than 39 years, and being the mother and Nana of the Relefourd family.
